I am very passionate and purposeful about DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and come with a total of 25yrs of experience in DEI, Program & Project Management, HR, Learning, Training and Implementation Solutions. I also run a social impact NGO - SStraight Circles Foundation (www.sstraightcircles.com/sstraightcirclesfoundation), where we take action by partnering with Corporates, Govt entities, Public entities, International Organizations, other Social impact organizations and Educational Institutions to bridge Inclusion and Employment gaps relating to Women, Children, Young Adults, Persons with Disabilities and LGBTQ+ I am also an EX-Mphasis and Ex-IBM and value how technology is vital to advance forward in the future of work
